Our commitments

Built on a culture of safety

Every driver, dispatcher, and coordinator at AllConnected is held to the same high standard. Here's how we put safety into practice every day.

Zero-tolerance drug & alcohol policy

All drivers are subject to pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable-suspicion testing in full compliance with FMCSA 49 CFR Part 382.

Vehicle inspection & maintenance

Every unit undergoes a documented pre-trip and post-trip inspection. Preventive maintenance is tracked and performed on a strict schedule to keep trucks road-ready.

Driver qualification & training

We verify CDL credentials, motor vehicle records, and employment history for every driver. Ongoing safety training is provided, including HOS regulations and defensive driving techniques.

Hours of Service compliance

Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) are mandatory in all units. Our dispatch team monitors HOS data in real-time to prevent fatigue-related violations.

Accident reporting & review

All incidents — regardless of severity — are reported, documented, and reviewed within 24 hours. Root-cause analysis drives corrective actions and policy updates.

FMCSA & DOT compliance

We maintain a satisfactory DOT safety rating and proactively monitor our FMCSA Safety Measurement System (SMS) scores to stay ahead of any compliance issues.
